Dear Members and Stakeholders,
Over the past year, New Haven Farm Home has continued to deliver quality person-centred support for people living with a disability, and, have taken significant steps towards actively addressing the demand for increased supported accommodation services.
It is important to us that each individual is in the centre of the decisions made about their lives, with choice in the activities they participate in, the skills they would like to learn and develop, and the goals they would like to achieve.
I am sure that you have noticed the very positive changes which have taken place in the confidence and independence of our clients and we are pleased to share just some of their individual achievements with you in this annual report.
