New Haven Farm Home is an accommodation and lifestyle support service dedicated to providing person centred support for people living with a disability.

Located at multiple sites in the Hawkesbury area of NSW, New Haven Farm Home provides permanent accommodation and lifestyle support for more than 40 clients. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with a disability, helping them achieve their personal goals through an individualised approach to care, skill development and community inclusion.

We are a trusted not-for-profit organisation, with 60 years of experience helping people with a disability through holistic and individually tailored care and support programs.

It is important to us that each individual is in the centre of the decisions made about their lives, with choice in the activities they participate in, the skills they would like to learn and develop, and the goals they would like to achieve.

OUR GOALS

Dennis loves to upcycle old furniture, finishing two tables with fantastic results. He has sold one of these tables and plans to use the money to buy more materials. Dennis also enjoys fishing.
