Throughout your stay you will experience a personalised program designed to meet every aspect of your support requirements including personal care, dietary needs, medication, support with interests and personal preferences. Each program, menus and activities are individualised for you as a carer or individual.

As soon as I contacted New Haven Farm Home; I felt like they were listening to me and what I wanted to do on my week away while my family had some time out from being my constant support. I gave them a list of the outings I would like to do; my favourite foods and other activities I enjoy.

My family felt like they were kept informed, that their questions and concerns were also as important as mine. I will definitely be making a booking again.
