Finn Cooper

Finn brings five years of dedicated experience in the disability sector as a support worker and coordinator to his new role as House Manager. Holding a Certificate IV in Disability Support, Finn is well-equipped with the knowledge and skills essential to making a positive impact. He thoroughly enjoys supporting and empowering the residents of NHFH to achieve their goals no matter how big or small and live their lives the way they want to.

Kylie Karakizos

Kylie embarked on her journey with New Haven Farm Home in June 2018, starting as a dedicated disability support worker. Her remarkable contributions led her to the position of Villa Coordinator. Currently, she plays a pivotal role as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager.

Armed with a Certificate III in Disability Support and a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, Kylie is fully equipped to cater to the diverse needs of individuals living with disabilities. Her commitment extends beyond the professional realm as she strives to foster strong relationships with families and stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to care and support.

Lou Packer

Lou possesses over a decade of invaluable experience in the aged care and disability sector, accompanied by a wealth of knowledge and genuine compassion. Her journey within NHFH has seen her take on a variety of roles, culminating in her current position as Weekend Site Manager.

With certifications in Certificate III and IV in Aged Care and Disability, Lou has fortified her expertise in the field. Her unwavering passion lies in the realm of person-centered care, where she is dedicated to aiding clients in achieving their aspirations and fostering independence.

The disability sector stands out as the most gratifying industry Lou has ever been a part of. Her unwavering commitment centres around delivering top-tier care and individualised support to each and every client.

Georgia Sheridan

Georgia has been with NHFH since October 2019 when she was recruited as a Support Worker. Since starting with the organisation, Georgia has since finished her Diploma of Counselling and Diploma of Case Management and has now gone onto Western Sydney University to complete her Bachelor of Social Work.

As someone who was born with a physical disability, Georgia has always been proactive on raising awareness within the community on Disability rights. Georgia is passionate about inclusivity and diversity and believes that all clients have the right to make informed decisions with the support from NHFH’s staff.

Kylie Montgomery

Kylie joined New Haven Farm Home in January 2023 as our Finance Manager. Kylie is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years’ experience in public practice accounting with a focus on servicing small and medium sized businesses. She has worked in an array of industries, providing guidance and advice on various business finance matters.

Kylie works alongside the leadership team, providing them with analytical data to enable them to optimise the operations of the organisation to ensure we are able to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Amanda Bettarel

Amanda Bettarel

Amanda joined New Haven Farm Home in April 2017 in the role of Administration Support Officer, bringing experience, knowledge and skills gained from the banking industry, bookkeeping and customer service roles. She has a Cert III in Business Administration, Cert IV in Accounting and Diploma of Accounting.

Her role ensures that as Finance and Administration Officer, all administration records are kept up to date, accounts payable and receivable are processed in a timely manner and all NDIS Client plans and claims are current and processed accurately.
